Job Description Embark on an exciting career journey where you will take projects from start to finish, independently managing all phases of architecture for high-end single-family residential projects. You will be deeply involved in schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. This role requires client interface and coordination with engineering trades, managing a team of 1-3 junior staff, and traveling to job sites as needed. Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception through completion.
- Oversee all phases of architecture including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Interface and coordinate with clients and engineering trades.
- Red-line as needed and manage a team of junior staff.
- Travel to job sites for project oversight.
- Proven ability to manage architectural projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in residential architecture, particularly high-end single-family projects.
- Strong skills in architectural design, project management, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit for construction document production.
- Experience in client interaction and relationship management.
- Knowledge of residential building codes.
- 5-10 years of experience in architecture with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Bachelor of Architecture; licensure is a plus.
- Experience managing a team of junior architects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in different phases simultaneously.
- Design/Build experience is a plus.
