Summary/Objective:
The Electrical Operations APM is responsible for providing administrative and tactical support to the DOEO and the EOM. This position requires direct supervision.
Essential Functions:

Communicates and follows up with supervision and clients about specific project objectives and deliverables.
Assists with preparing contract agreements, budgets, purchase orders and processing invoices.
Assist with preparing submittals and requests for information.
Development and management of project access lists and distribution to clients.
Assists in preparing written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses.
Assists in obtain all necessary permits as directed by supervision.
Ability to review drawings and specifications to become familiar with a project.
Work with supervision to identify long lead times and critical path items then assist in tracking items to completion
Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to client's concerns or questions
Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need
Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients and the project team
Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
Drives throughout service area while following all local laws
Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment
Competencies:
Procore experience/Budgets importing
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of CRM software
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project
Valid driver's license in good standing
Desired Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of power distribution
Basic understanding of low voltage system components
Basic understanding of general construction requirements
Interest in data center design and operation requirements
Supervisory Responsibility:
There are no supervisory responsibilities with this role.
Work Environment:
This job operates in both an office and field environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.; it may involve exposure to potentially dangerous materials and extreme temperatures. Work is sometimes required after normal working hours.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit, including as a driver or passenger of an automobile; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs/ladders; talk or hear; move around at construction and other work sites; maneuver in small or tight places. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent education and experience;
Any level of experience in Project Management or Construction
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, Statistics, Data Science or Architecture field
Construction experience
Commercial contracting experience

Compu Dynamics Pay Range
$65,000-$85,000 USD
