General Laborer/Landscaper

About us:

We are a production-based commercial facility in Deming, WA.

We are seeking a Laborer to join our team and assist with general labor duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading materials, as well as assisting with the setup and operation of various tools, equipment, construction (including demolition), and landscaping. Work is indoor and outdoor, rain or shine. Working alongside an experienced foreman and team with lots of variety each day. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
- Lift and transport materials and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and tear-down of job sites.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Participate in demolition work and site cleanup.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
- Previous labor or construction experience is preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Must be 21+

Compensation:

$22.50 per hour
