Residential Flooring Estimator (1099)
We are a growing flooring company serving St Mary's/California, MD and nearby areas, looking for a skilled and dependable flooring estimator to join us as a 1099 independent contractor.

Job Duties:
Travel to homes to measure and assess flooring jobs
Create accurate, professional estimates for residential and some commercial flooring projects
Provide a high-quality customer service experience
Use estimating software to prepare quotes
Communicate clearly with sales and installation teams

Requirements:
Knowledge of residential flooring types and installation methods (LVP, carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)
Reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a valid drivers license
Strong communication skills and time management
Must be able to offer Saturday availability
Must be able to pass a background check

Experience with Floor Wizard, Measure Square, RFMS, or similar programs is a plus.
