Must have strong communication & problem-solving skills, be able to read & interpret printed CAD Drawings and be able to accurately measure, cut and detail materials. Must be effective with time management and work area organizational skills. POSITION DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES Proficient in various weld processes, GMAW, GTAW. Experience welding various materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium. Ability to read, understand, and work with engineering drawings. Perform simple mathematics, be familiar with fractional and decimal measurements and effectively use and understand measuring devices. Be adept at performing Quality Control on finished products, ensuring that they meet specified performance standards and tolerances. Be detail oriented and have ability to fabricate quality parts/ structures within specified dimensional tolerances. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pivot between different projects as necessary. Ability to work well with others and be a team player. Be self-motivated, self-starting, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
