Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $34 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry including layout, framing walls, floors, and partitions using structural components such as blocking, shoring, temporary walls, beams, studs, trusses, and joists.
• Erect supports and temporary structures interior walls, and ensure installations are plumb, level, and accurate.
• Joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports, and seal joints and openings for weatherproofing.
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings in compliance with local code standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools while ensuring safety, precision, and a high standard of work.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience of related commercial experience in rough/framing carpentry.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction documents, and drawings.
• OSHA 10 strongly preferred.
• Tools of the trade required.
