Skilled Carpenter/Framer

Skilled Carpenter/Framer (Mostly North County, but sites in all areas of SLO county)

Compensation dependent on skill level

Multi-generational custom residential builder looking for full-time journeyman carpenters and foreman carpenters familiar with new construction and remodel framing, siding, and finish carpentry. Expectation to have tools and transportation. Must play well with others! We have a good crew who expect a team mentality.

Our focus is on new builds and high end remodels, but must be willing to perform a variety of construction related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
Previous work experience as a Carpenter
Knowledge of the safety guidelines followed in the Construction industry
Excellent carpentry skills
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Good time management and multitasking skills
Physically and mentally fit
Good communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to work flexible hours
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $41.00 per hour
