We’re partnered with a reputable general contractor actively hiring an Assistant Superintendent to join their growing team in Austin, TX . This role supports ground-up multifamily residential construction projects and offers strong long-term growth potential.

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations for ground-up multifamily builds

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality

• Ensure safety standards and protocols are enforced on-site

• Track progress and assist with daily reports and documentation

• Help manage inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries

• Support punch list walkthroughs and closeout procedures

• 2–5+ years of field construction experience, ideally in multifamily or commercial

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations

• Comfortable managing subcontractors and enforcing quality and safety standards

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Local to the Austin market or open to relocation
