A well-established, high-quality custom home builder in the Nashville area is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its growing team. This is a full-cycle field leadership role managing custom home builds from the ground up.

• Oversee the day-to-day construction of high-end custom homes

• Manage job site schedules, quality control, and subcontractor coordination

• Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure craftsmanship and code compliance

• Coordinate material deliveries and manage vendors to stay on schedule and budget

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce safety protocols

• Communicate regularly with homeowners and project managers

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end custom homes

• Strong field management and subcontractor coordination skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work

• Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and accountability

• Local to the Nashville area or open to relocation
