Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Choice Property Management is seeking to hire a Handyman / Maintenance Technician for our Fairfax office.

The candidate MUST have the following skills:

Perform various drywall repairs
Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
Perform touch up work
Basic electrical repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
General home maintenance work
Know how to follow instructions and ask questions when it's not clear.
Be professional, courteous and take pride in his/her work

The candidate for this position must possess the following:
MUST have a Truck or a Van and MUST have Basic hand tools
Must be able to carry equipment and supplies in the Truck/Van for daily job assignments
MUST be able to participate in the maintenance on-call rotation program
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
MUST have a Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, pictures and emails
