Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Electricians in Memphis, TN for a commercial project with the potential for ongoing work. We're looking for candidates who have experience leading jobs, reading blueprints, and working efficiently alongside established electrical crews. A face-to-face interview is required for all candidates.

Job Duties:

• Interpret and work from blueprints and electrical schematics

• Install electrical panels, lighting systems, and new wiring

• Lead and support the jobsite alongside the client's electrical team

• Ensure all work meets commercial building codes and safety standards

• Maintain organization, communication, and clean work areas on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience running commercial jobs and reading blueprints

• Skilled in panel installation, light fixtures, and system upgrades

• Must bring your own tools and wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, vest, boots)

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• In-person interview required before hire

• OSHA 10 is a plus
