Our Pipe Seals headquarters in the USA is based in Milford New Hampshire along with a facility in Bonne Terre Missouri.
To aid with our current rapid growth in the US market we are looking to recruit a person in the position of Business Development Manager, USA. The position is to be based in Texas (close proximity to airport). This is a remote work position.
Your job:
Areas of responsibility
- Region - Business development South Central US (TX, OK, NM, AR, LA)
- Sales, margin, market share and historical partner budget targets of the region
- Key focus on specification and approval of our all products at precast concrete manufacturers
- High level relationships and partnerships with industry leaders
- Work with precast manufacturers, engineers, procurement and any other specifiers of Trelleborg Products
- Maintenance and follow-up of existing partners
- New business partner acquisition, lead generation and prospecting
- Providing current and future partners with technical solutions for the Kor-N-Seal product line including coring machines, coring bits and bitumen sealants
- Ability to do product demonstration of the various systems as well as to do field site support
- Sales planning & reporting
- Mandatory use of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Develop a market intelligence portfolio on current region, partners and competitors
- Business development of concrete precasters/industrial distributors within the territory
- Some higher level of technical sales required
- Build and maintain key network and be active in related professional organizations
- Provide technical presentations, seminars, case studies, etc
- Contribution and development of new and current marketing strategies
- Ability and desire to travel 50-60%

Your profile:
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree from accredited university preferred or equal industry experience
- 5-10 years experience in outside sales and or experience in the industrial distribution, construction industries
- Experience in working within a team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Proficient knowledge of English
