Job Summary:
APTIM is seeking an experienced Field Work Supervisor or Foreman with Nuclear and Radiological Controls experience to support radiological Decommissioning and Dismantlement field operations. The Nuclear D&D Field Work Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for supervising work-related staff and activities in the field of nuclear decommissioning and demolition (D&D). The role involves overseeing hazard management, safety, and compliance with regulations during project execution. The supervisor ensures that work activities are conducted in accordance with nuclear safety protocols and that necessary safety measures are followed.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Supervise a work group consisting of 3-8 laborers performing decommissioning and demolition of nuclear systems, components, and structures following prescriptive work control documents
- Perform work in a safe, effective, and compliant manner in accordance with project requirements
- Safely execute the daily work plan
- Provide technical input into work planning documents
- Raise issues/concerns to the Site Manager
- Report directly to the Site Manager
- Has stop work authority
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years performing high risk work in a highly regulated environment
- Must possess 3 years nuclear experience, preferably at a nuclear D&D site
- Must have excellent safety performance and judgement
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) required
- Construction Field Work Supervisor experienced with requisite qualifications
- Radiological Worker. HazwopeR 40-hour training desired, and Construction Safety 30-hour course desired

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
