What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Train Your Team - Mentor technicians and apprentices, ensuring they meet safety and plumbing codes.

• Oversee Daily Operations - Review job tickets, coordinate with field technicians and estimators, and manage materials.

• Ensure Quality & Efficiency - Conduct weekly site visits, provide technical guidance, and uphold high performance standards.

• Be a Problem-Solver - Assist your team with troubleshooting, technical challenges, and on-the-job guidance.

• On-Call Support - Be ready to respond to emergency service calls and step in when necessary.
