We're looking for a Metal/TPO Crew Leader to take charge of our metal roofing team in Pompano Beach. Paid by piece rate—so the better you lead, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do: Lead a crew on commercial and residential metal roofing projects Set up equipment, tear off old systems, and install TPO/metal roofs Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and productive Read plans, measure accurately, and keep projects on track Maintain top-tier safety standards and production targets

What You’ll Need: 2+ years of roofing experience (metal/TPO preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work at heights Skill with tools, tape measures, and hands-on problem-solving Willingness to work early mornings, some Saturdays, and in all weather Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
