Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a **Senior Construction Manager!** Pay: $74/hr Location: On site Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Contract: Temp **Job Description:** A Senior Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. **Responsibilities for this Senior Construction Manager include but are not limited to:** + Underground electric reliability including HDD, Civil, Heavy Underground, and Aerial Work + Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. + Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. + Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies. + Procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. + Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites. + Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings. + Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors. + Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. + Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status Experience required for this **Senior Construction Manager person** position include: + 10+ Years of underground utility construction experience + Journeyman Lineman experience + Heavy Underground experience + Civil experience + OSHA 10 or 30 certifications + Designated as a "Qualified Electrical Worker" As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
