The primary responsibilities will include tracking contractor activity, managing and validating time entries, and ensuring seamless communication between the field and office teams. Key Responsibilities: Track contractor assignments, site presence, and progress across multiple project locations. Collect, review, and enter contractor time data into timekeeping systems with accuracy. Work closely with site supervisors to verify attendance, work hours, and job completion. Maintain and update a centralized schedule of contractor availability and assignments. Identify discrepancies in reported time or job status and escalate as needed. Generate weekly reports for project managers on contractor labor, hours, and site performance. Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new contractors. Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines. Assist in developing and improving contractor tracking processes and tools. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or related field. Familiarity with timekeeping platforms and basic payroll principles. Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills; ability to manage and organize data. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and office staff. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Experience with construction, trades, or contractor management is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with systems like Procore, Buildertrend, QuickBooks Time, or similar. Knowledge of labor compliance requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for field communication.
