Project Manager

FourFive Partners are currently working with a fast-growing general contractor seeking a seasoned and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of Hyperscale Data Center projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in project management within a GC environment, with proven experience leading large-scale Mission Critical projects. In this role, you will manage every phase of the project-from pre-construction to closeout-while ensuring that safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including business strategy, site logistics, safety protocols, and phasing schedules. Serve as the main point of contact for engineers, architects, clients, and other key stakeholders. Manage subcontractor coordination, oversee contracts, handle change orders, and direct procurement activities. Lead the creation and management of project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and resources. Oversee project financials, labor planning, compliance requirements, and routine progress reporting. Conduct and lead site meetings, facilitate regulatory reviews, and ensure high standards in safety and quality inspections. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a closely related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management. Previous experience managing large scale Mission Critical Construction projects. Exceptional organizational, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities. Proven ability to manage complex scopes, including architectural, structural, and MEP trades across multiple disciplines.
