HVAC Technician Pay: $25 an hour//Paid Weekly!!! Looking to interview/hire immediately! Job Description As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, operating, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, equipment, and components, including associated pumps, valves, and controls. The role requires excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Conduct repair and adjustment of equipment to ensure proper indoor comfort. Diagnose equipment deficiencies and troubleshoot issues. Perform preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure parts and supplies for A/C and refrigeration equipment are available. Install HVAC equipment, including split systems, air handlers, condensing units, ice machines, boilers, pumps, and valves. Perform low voltage control wiring and diagnostics. Read blueprints and diagrams to aid in installation and repair. Supply own trade tools and hand tools. Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies. Carry out basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical tasks. Provide support for special events and snow removal as needed. Essential Skills High school diploma or GED. Five years of experience in maintaining, repairing, or installing refrigeration and HVAC units, equipment, and systems. CFC Refrigeration Certification type II or Universal. Strong professional judgment and ability to uphold ethics and confidentiality. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Self-motivated and personally accountable. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of split systems, air handlers, condensing units, ice machines, boilers, pumps, and valves. Ability to read blueprints and diagrams. Experience with low voltage control wiring and diagnostics. Capability to perform basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical tasks. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a college setting, with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
