Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at SPEC Athletic, Inc. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction projects in the "Western Midwest" region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO), related to sports and recreational surfacing. The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring quality control, managing construction safety, and adhering to project budgets and timelines. Qualifications Supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage installation teams Experience in commercial construction, preferably related to sports and recreational surfacing Knowledge of quality control practices and techniques Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures Strong budgeting and financial management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage numerous projects throughout territory Experience in the sports surfacing industry would be beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
