Welder Job Description The role involves welding components for buildings and construction areas using Flux core .045 and MIG welding techniques. You will utilize blueprints and quality tools, collaborating closely with architects to incorporate their feedback. Responsibilities Perform Flux core .045 and MIG welding for building and construction components. Read and interpret blueprints for welding tasks. Collaborate closely with architects to address their feedback and requirements. Engage in heavy steel welding processes. Train and work with the most experienced workers in the field. Essential Skills Proficiency in Flux core welding and MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with structural steel welding. Minimum of 3 years of welding experience, specifically MIG or structural steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication.
