We are seeking an Electrical Construction Area Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to build and lead the electrical division covering the region from Savannah to Gainesville. This is a unique leadership role where you will shape your team, manage high-profile industrial projects, and receive strong support. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Area Manager position include: 10+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial environments. Hands-on experience with industrial projects, utilities, power, substations, and manufacturing plants. Lead and grow the electrical division Oversee teams, project execution, staffing, and scheduling to ensure client satisfaction. Estimate or manage the estimation of electrical projects and deliver competitive bids. Coordinate field operations, manage budgets, and maintain safety compliance. Interface with clients, conduct site walks, and hold team members accountable. Ensure procurement of long-lead items, approve project changes, and review all documentation. Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
