Machine Operator $24/hr. Hiring Immediately Job Description Setup and operate CNC Press Brake and Turret machines, specifically Salvagninni and Amada brand machines. Setup parts based on work orders and setup instructions, primarily working with aluminum. Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers, focusing mostly on production run work. Responsibilities Setup and operate CNC Press Brake and Turret machines. Work with Salvagninni and Amada brand machines. Setup parts according to work orders and setup instructions. Work primarily with aluminum materials. Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers. Handle mostly production run work. Essential Skills 1+ year of recent Turret and/or Amada folding machine experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Work Environment This large manufacturing facility, founded in 1948, specializes in building products and includes assembly, warehouse, and fabrication areas. While the facility is not the cleanest, it boasts a strong culture and a team-first mentality with significant tenure in the fabrication areas. This position is located at the West Brooklyn Park facility. Each welder has their own welding area/bay on the manufacturing floor, with welding equipment provided (except for helmets). Note that this is a no-smoking facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
