ABC Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Real Estate Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the completion of various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. From fixing and flipping houses to finalizing large-scale renovations, your craftsmanship will bring our projects to life. Key Responsibilities: Perform carpentry tasks such as HVAC, framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, and trim work. Assist with demolition, repairs, and installations as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. Perform all tasks required to bring fix-and-flip houses to completion. Skills HVAC MAINTENANCE/INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks. Experience with concrete forming processes is highly desirable. Strong carpentry skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Familiarity with the restoration industry, including knowledge of tile laying techniques. Ability to fabricate various structures using wood and other materials effectively. General maintenance person skills that can be applied across multiple tasks on-site. Understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations. Competence in performing roofing tasks as part of broader construction projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in carpentry or general labor within the construction industry. Ability to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
