We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the pursuit, planning, execution, and closeout of multiple high-value construction projects. This role involves managing internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects up to $25 million or select large-scale projects exceeding $50 million. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution: Take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. Oversee preconstruction efforts including subcontractor solicitation, proposal evaluation, constructability reviews, and risk assessments. Ensure comprehensive subcontractor buyouts and scope development in collaboration with Superintendents and Project Managers. Develop and manage project schedules, updates, and progress reports to meet client and company expectations. Coordinate quality control efforts to ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards. Administer contracts and ensure all technical and administrative objectives are met. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships to position the company for future opportunities. Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to all stakeholders. Prepare and present owner status reports and ensure timely and accurate billing. Team & Business Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Support business development efforts through relationship-building and strategic engagement. Promote company values and uphold all HR and safety policies. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with construction software such as Timberline, Onscreen Takeoff, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Autodesk. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project teams. Skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Committed to mentoring and developing future leaders. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding up to 50 feet and lift up to 50 lbs. Capable of walking job sites for extended periods (6-8 hours/day). Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as project demands require. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
