Qualifications and responsibilities for this Luxury Landscape Construction Manager position include: 2-4 years of landscape construction management experience, specializing in high-end residential projects. Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and on-site supervision. Ability to lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specs. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and schedules. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make fast decisions and adapt to unforeseen challenges. Fluent understanding of hardscape, softscape, soils, gravels, and other landscape materials. Bachelor's or associate degree in Horticulture, Business, or related field; equivalent field experience considered. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
