We are seeking dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building a strong relationship with clients.**Duties:**-Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base -Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities-Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients-Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction-Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets-Lead projects related to business development and strategic planning-Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively-Utilize Salesforce or similar tools for sales tracking and reporting**Requirements:**-Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field-Strong project management skills--Excellent negotiation and communication abilities-Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools-Ability to work independently and as a part of a team-Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results-Must be able to help process associates in the office-Must be able to assist Staffing Specialists in office when needed-Must be able to meet with clients several times during the week in person**Direct Report:****Regional Operations Manager**
