Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We're hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of sweepers, trucks and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate is someone who has a thorough understanding of heavy machinery and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities; is self-motivated and committed to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance of all equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and air brake systems. Diagnose and perform repairs. Keep detailed maintenance schedules and records. Requirements Experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulics and air brakes. Knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. (CDL preferred, not required) Must have own tools. Background checks, driving record and drug testing are required.
