Project Manager- Electric T&D

With a strong legacy of safety, innovation, and reliability, they support electric, gas, and telecommunications utilities across the U.S. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee electric transmission and distribution (T&D) projects throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering critical infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of electric T&D projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance. Lead field crews and ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electric utility construction. Strong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NESC). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
