This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager - Technical Projects at DeBrine Associates in the Pacific Northwest Region. The Sr. PM leads the execution of complex projects, and guides project strategy, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and provides mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities Manage technical construction projects from early inception through final execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address constructability, pricing, and execution challenges. Oversee general contractors to facilitate pricing, permitting, and project execution. Oversee design teams and design consultants. Serve as the primary contact for technical coordination and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Guide and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, construction, engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical and complex projects. Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects at the same time. Required Skills and Experience Mastery in project planning, permitting, and technical coordination for complex scopes. Expertise in managing client stakeholder relationships and navigating cross-functional dynamics. Strong risk management skills, including creating mitigation plans and resolving issues promptly. Deep understanding of construction codes, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam). Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to guide project teams and develop junior talent. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align project execution with client goals.
