Civil Engineer Project Manager, P.E. Location: On-Site (Arkansas) Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Job Type: Full-time About the Opportunity: We're partnering with a 100% employee-owned engineering, planning, and design firm to find an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager (P.E.) . Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including roads, residential/commercial developments, drainage systems, municipal and institutional facilities, and more. Serve as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation in accordance with internal project management standards. Oversee and mentor a team of 3-10 engineers and support staff. Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with plans/specs, and resolve project-related challenges. Stay updated on codes, techniques, and regulations; maintain all necessary professional certifications. Participate in business development activities and client engagement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience: 7-10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role. Licensure: Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or able to obtain licensure in additional states as needed. Skills: Strong technical, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in engineering software, MS Office, and project management tools.
