Electrical Engineer Prototyping**Location:** Cape Canaveral SFS, FL**Clearance:**Must have an active Secret or higher clearance.**Requirements:**- BA/BS- Minimum of 9 years' experience.- Active Secret clearance.- Must be a US citizen.- Read schematics, board layouts, data sheets, and have experience using debugging tools such as: oscilloscopes, multi-meters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.- Work with existing software (both COTS and GOTS) tied to sensor packages and payloads to address complex integration activities to resolve software and hardware interoperability and compatibility challenges.- Understanding of the fundamentals of digital signal processing with a focus on radio frequency and software defined radios.- Complies with CCAFS industrial hygiene requirements.- Working knowledge of industry standards in electronic design and fabrication- Interpersonal and communication skills- Provide support to other company personnel, may provide support on special projects as needed.- Writing skills, as there may be a requirement to write reports.- Multitasking skills- Background and drug screening check.**Preferred Requirements:**- Master's degree and 4 or more years of experience.- System exploitation```{=html}```- Experience in reverse engineering hardware and software solutions.**Job Summary:**The Electrical Engineer will provide on-site problem-solving skills in areas such as electronics and Circuit Theory to support ATI-7 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), Florida.**Responsibilities:**- Work independently as well as part of a group.- Experience in designing and applying digital filters to incoming and outgoing signals, implementing filters in hardware and software, and making rapid judgments regarding the evaluation, design and creation of sensors and communication systems.- Process, exploit, analyze and report results from tests, demonstrations and evaluations to aid in determining sensor/system overall effectiveness.- Create customized code to perform data harvesting, processing, exploitation and formatting.
