Fabricator - Box Truck Rebuilds Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We're hiring a skilled Fabricator to assist with box truck rebuilds, including structural repairs and component replacements such as side panels, roofs, z-posts, radius panels, and corner caps. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of fabrication techniques. Primary Responsibilities: Disassemble and rebuild box truck components including: Side panels Roofs Z-posts Radius and corner caps Ensure all rebuilds meet quality and safety standards Use power and hand tools to cut, drill, fasten, and align materials Follow safety guidelines while working in a shop or yard environment Maintain a clean and organized work area Preferred but Not Required: Ability to bring your own tools (a major plus), including: Rivet gun Cutting shears C-clamps Drills and sockets Prior experience with truck bodies, trailers, or similar fabrication work Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and fabrication knowledge Ability to lift and move heavy parts Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable and self-motivated
