The organization provides subsurface exploration programs and design services for a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial developments, industrial buildings, municipal bridges and roadways, municipal facilities, luxury custom homes, production model homes, multifamily structures, and utility infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required); Master's degree preferred Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Colorado Minimum of 4 years of experience in geotechnical engineering Job Responsibilities: Plan and manage geotechnical subsurface exploration and laboratory testing programs Interpret geological characteristics of soil samples Conduct geologic mapping and field reconnaissance Prepare geotechnical and pavement design reports Perform slope stability analyses Design pavements and retaining walls Review technical reports and calculations prepared by staff engineers and technicians Evaluate materials testing and quality control data and reports Manage project budgets, schedules, client relationships, and internal teams Conduct site observations as needed Prepare project proposals and coordinate with clients Mentor, lead, and supervise engineers and other technical staff #2100OS
