OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in project management within a skilled trade (e.g., construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of skilled trade practices, tools, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Average: $96,382
Low-end: $62,161
High-end: $122,487
