Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to take on long-term projects within a specific community. This team-oriented company is looking for a strong leader to manage the construction of multiple single-family homes simultaneously. Superintendent **

• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors schedules for each development phase.
• Ensure timely completion of homes, meeting contractual obligations.
• Approve and address subcontractor work and payments.
• Enforce site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage erosion control responsibilities and permit compliance.
• Maintain adherence to building codes and quality standards.
• Organize inspections and homeowner orientations.
• Monitor construction quality and cleanliness.
• Schedule warranty repairs and address homeowner concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Uphold company policies and suggest improvements.

Superintendent * *

• At least two years of progressive leadership experience in construction.
• Production home construction experience is preferred.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license.
• Exposure to Construction software and the MS Office Suite.

Compensation : $80,000-$95,000 plus annual performance bonus potential of $8,000 - $10,000 (based on personal, team, and company performance)
