A Field Project Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Warrendale, PA area. This role manages the full lifecycle of design and construction projects overseeing teams, contracts, budgets, and compliance primarily for U.S. Postal Service facilities.

responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of multiple construction/design projects across various locations.
- Supervise and coordinate design teams and architectural/engineering firms.
- Prepare and manage project documents and contracts after construction is awarded.
- Request, review, and negotiate professional service fee proposals.
- Ensure design compliance with U.S. Postal Service Standard Design Criteria.
- Oversee construction contractors for quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Prepare bid packages and evaluate/recommend bid awards.
- Review, negotiate, and approve construction change orders.
- Initiate and request necessary project funding.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design and construction field.
