What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for multiple projects, business development initiatives, and office activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across offices. This is an in-office position at our Omaha, Nebraska location.
How you can make an impact- Support and document project design and construction activities
- Assemble and update project specifications, contracts, and manuals
- Prepare design and testing result reports
- Review and process daily field personnel logs and photo logs
- Support project budget preparation, updates, and tracking of revenue/expenditures
- Assist with project schedule development and maintenance
- Manage field testing equipment logistics and track usage
- Administer project financials and review payment requests as an owners representative
- Process and manage work and purchase orders for subcontractors, supplies, rentals, and materials
- Review and correct project accounting reports and invoice logs as needed
- Advocate for safety of office and jobsite staff as the assigned office safety team representative
- Assist with management of office supplies, equipment, and fleet, as necessary
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration, business administration, or similar role.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other document and graphic software.
- Experience with project budget tracking and financial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
