Job Description:
Fifth Gen Masonry and Concrete, a leading concrete contractor with a decade of excellence, is hiring skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. Were looking for dependable professionals with proven experience in concrete finishing, ideally capable of leading a crew. Work with us on diverse projects across New England, delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Perform concrete finishing tasks (forming, pouring, troweling, edging, etc.) to the highest standards

Lead and manage a crew (preferred) to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications

Operate equipment (operator experience a plus) and maintain tools

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Travel to job sites throughout New England

Requirements:
3+ years of concrete finishing experience (crew leadership experience preferred)

Valid drivers license (required); CDL a plus

Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours

Operator experience (e.g., skid steer, excavator) a plus

Ability to work on projects across New England

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
