Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Program Manager to join their team. As a Construction Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting large-scale remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Program Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $74/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day administration of projects across multiple sites.
  • Prepare, send, and track construction contracts; follow up to ensure timely review and execution.
  • Maintain detailed records and filing systems for all project documentation, contracts, and communications.
  • Track project costs in Excel, updates, and progress in coordination with internal teams and contractors.
  • Schedule contractors and monitor deliverables to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.

What's Needed?

  • PMP certification or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction program or project management, with an emphasis on contract administration and cost tracking.
  • Ability to understand technology and system designs utilized for Firefighter Air Replenishment Systems.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative work and documentation with precision.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
