Hiring Immediately - Skilled Costruction Tradesman/ Concrete Finisher

Superior Builders Group is in search of an experienced construction tradesman/concrete finisher, please know that concrete work will not be your every day work. Applicant must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner as we do work for many public entities. Applicant should also be fluent in English and Spanish, have a valid drivers license, and come prepared to work equipped with their own hand tools. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, some out of town work is required along with approved overtime.

You will be provided with the following:

Qualifications
- Proficient in concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge and construction estimating abilities
- Experience with rebar installation and concrete mixing
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and various construction tasks, including carpentry and drywall
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools to perform concrete forming and finishing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction layouts.
- Install rebar and prepare concrete mixtures for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to coordinate with diverse teams.
