Superintendent – Milwaukee, WI (2 Openings)

We are seeking two experienced Superintendents to lead projects in the Milwaukee area. Must have a strong track record in managing construction crews and meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning process and monitor safety, execution, schedule, quality, and budgets.

• Develop and update project schedules and crew's duties and responsibilities.

• Manage crews and subcontractor performance based on safety, attendance, productivity, or workmanship issues.

• Ensure that company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications:

• Proven superintendent experience in industrial or commercial projects.

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Based in Milwaukee.
