Commercial Project Manager

About the Opportunity: We are seeking a driven Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Milwaukee area . This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, high-impact construction projects for a well-established firm that specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional builds. Travel is required up to 1/3 of the time for job site visits and coordination, primarily within Wisconsin and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure project goals, schedules, and budgets are achieved.

• Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and on-site execution efforts.

• Manage project documentation, RFI processes, change orders, and quality control measures.

• Collaborate with field teams, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial project management or construction supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel up to 33% for site visits, meetings, and coordination.

Preferred:

• Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or industrial projects.

• Familiarity with Lean Construction or Building Information Modeling (BIM).
