Qualifications for Senior PM / VP of Operations

• 10+ years of Mechanical Contracting experience.
• Technical Expertise : Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and heating components.
• Certifications : Relevant credentials like EPA Section 608 certification for handling refrigerants, or HVAC-specific training from a recognized program.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently, often under pressure, to minimize downtime for commercial clients.
• Customer Service : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, explain technical details, and ensure satisfaction on service calls.
