Calico Jack Fence is looking for hard-working, dependable individuals to join our crew as Fence Installers. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right matey. If you enjoy working outdoors, building something real with your hands, and being part of a solid crew, we want to hear from you!

Position: Fence Installer (Full-Time)
Duties Include:

Assisting with installation of chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and temporary fencing

Digging post holes and setting posts (with hand tools and machinery)

Loading/unloading materials

Following safety procedures and site instructions

Working outdoors in all weather

Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 80 lbs and work on your feet all day

Experience with power tools is helpful

Must be punctual and work well with others

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
