Insight Global is seeking a Property Manager to join our client in Washington, D. C. (Bethesda, MD) regional office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting management of property operations, maintenance, and events for The Westbard shopping center, as well as other future assigned high profile assets. Westbard Shopping Center is a one-of-a-kind retail and entertainment destination that is still in development and currently comprises a total of approx. 90,000 square feet of retail space and office space, a parking garage and approximately 20 active tenants. Phase II, which is currently under development will encompass a Green space, an additional parking garage, more residential and approximately 20-25k square feet of retail. All of this nestled between 101 townhomes that are also under construction.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Minimum of two (2) years of property management experience willing to look at people a little greener if they are ambitious!
Commercial and Industrial Hospitality healthcare property management experience will translate well
Understands property management and asset management desk side as well as the upkeep with physical assets

Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email, and Internet research functionality

Familiar or experience working with building trades (plumbing, painting, roofing, electrical, HVAC
Strong written and verbal communication skills will be working with clients and Sr. Leadership often
Knowledge of GAAP, leasing contracts, and industry-related terminology
Working knowledge of JD Edwards, Nexus or other accounting software
