Project Coordinator / Project Architect
Job Description

Join a mid-size firm with a rich history of completing complex healthcare projects since the early 1990s. We specialize in architectural design, master planning, space planning, and interior design. We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Architect with 3 - 10 years of experience who is familiar with all facets of design, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop designs that are aesthetically pleasing and meet the client's needs.
  • Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space.
  • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships.
  • Prepare renderings and documentation for client presentation.
Essential Skills
  • 3-10 years of Architecture or Interior Design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience or interest in Healthcare Architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience in project coordination and construction documentation.
  • Skills in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.
Work Environment

Our team consists of about 30 people across Cherry Hill, NJ and Easton, PA, with 9 team members in Easton. We offer a business casual attire with flexibility for client meetings. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day a week, with preference on Fridays during summer hours. We encourage professional development by supporting licensing exams financially. Our 12-month contract offers 6 major holidays and flexible vacation time, ideally 2 weeks. Once permanent, benefit from a Safe Harbor 401k with a 3% employer contribution regardless of personal contribution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $102.28/hr.
