DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on HVAC project work.
Assist with HVAC maintenance work when needed.
Be able to work on back shifts and weekends when the project requires it.
Have basic Mechanical Skills.
Must have the required C&W Services sights tool list.
Must be able to listen to instruction on assignments and carry them out unsupervised.
Must be able to obtain a fork truck license & lift license 90 days from the date of hiring. (must have a valid NC drivers license).
Must be able to work overtime when required.
Any other duties as directed by the HVAC Manager.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
Must maintain positive customer and employee relationships (communications with all)
Respond to customer calls.
Must have knowledge of and be able to demonstrate the use of hand/power tools.
Accurate and timely administrative duties to include Time off request forms (turned into manager for signature).
Fill out materials request form as needed.
Check off materials from packing slip when received orders.
Enter daily time on work orders and PMs in Facility 360.
Daily checks on jobs in progress & completed jobs. (as documented in Facility 360).
Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
Assist in keeping facilities, tools, and equipment in good order and clean.

1. Education: -Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education.
2. Experience: Some prior mechanical experience with the use of hand tools.
