What You'll Be Doing- This is a commission-based role. There will be 2 weeks paid training.

• Perform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems
• Be proficient in company sales process
• Meet or exceed minimum sales KPI’s set by company
• Communicate and relay information to customers adequately
• Safely operate sewer equipment and other tools needed for plumbing repairs
• Work as a team with other plumbers on job sites
• Fill out paperwork and submit to office on a timely basis
• Measure, list and gather material for needed repairs
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices
• Size and install water and sewer lines per code
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicles

What You Bring to the Table

• Ability to educate customers on our products and services- This is a sales role.
• Prior Customer Service or Sales experience preferred but willing to train
• 2+ years’ Plumbing experience
• Must have clean 3-year driving background and have a valid driver's license
• Must be a team player with a coachable attitude
