- Meet with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand project requirements.
- Assist clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
- Prepare graphic representations of plans using CADD software.
- Select appropriate landscaping materials.
- Inspect landscape project progress to ensure adherence to plans.
- Engage in marketing activities or presentations to secure new work.
- Modify new or existing plans as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in landscape design, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and landscape architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and CAD and modeling software.
- Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.
- 1+ year of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and modeling software.
